Mother-Friendly Worksite

Hundreds of Texas businesses are committed to supporting breastfeeding mothers as they return to work.

These businesses understand that providing their employees a mother-friendly worksite benefits breastfeeding employees and their families as well as an entire workforce.

Becoming a mother-friendly employer starts with making your workforce aware that you support breastfeeding employees. Providing privacy and flexibility to express and store breastmilk can make a world of difference.

The Texas Mother-Friendly Worksite Initiative is nationally recognized by the Center for Training and Research Translation as a practice-tested intervention for Worksite Wellness.

It's an easy, worthwhile investment.
