Step 7: Evaluate Your Program

Formal evaluation of your program is an ongoing activity that is necessary to ensure sustainability and to identify areas for improvement.

Input from people who are affected by the program can help identify the types of information valued by the users and supporters of the project. Evaluate the program as a whole, as well as each component. The results of the evaluations should be incorporated into future policy revisions and program updates.
